 you finally have the time and the confidence to unleash all of your creative power: the children have left home, hubby is kept busy elsewhere, demanding clients belong to the past and witch burnings are out of fashion (let's hope it stays that way) but no less important as relief is that nobody expects a mature female artist to strip when artistry and meaning are to be interpreted (though it may be said: Milo Moiré is quite a piece of art). An interesting Guerrilla Girls observation on the matter: "Do women have to be naked to get into the Met. Museum? Less then 5 % of artists in the Modern Art section are women, but 85% of the nudes are female."
