Not sick, but thirsty!

Let's face it: we are only primates. Omnivore mammals that live in groups and perhaps descended from marine creatures. These basics determine how we function and if all goes well, thrive. To put it simply: if we can not breathe, it goes wrong. If we always eat the same food, we get sick. If we do not find a mate, we are unhappy. If we have no water, we dry up.
But we are modern, pampered and don't remember our humble origins. We have forgotten to drink water. We drink coffee and soda and beer and wine and cava and fancy spring water in nice little bottles.
Who could have guessed that we have more asthma, high blood pressure, cancer, wrinkles, Alzheimer's and other diseases because we don't drink water anymore. We are dehydrated as dolphins on a beach and we have no clue.

Admitimos: no somos que primates. Mamíferos omnívoros que viven en grupos y tal vez descienden de criaturas marinas. Pero somos modernos, mimados y no recordamos nuestros orígenes humildes. Nos hemos olvidado de tomar agua. Tomamos café y refrescos y la cerveza y el vino y el cava y agua de manantial en botellitas de moda.
¿Quién podría haber imaginado que tenemos más asma, presión arterial alta, cáncer, arrugas, Alzheimer y otras enfermedades porque ya no bebemos agua. Estamos deshidratados como delfines en una playa y no tenemos idea.
